1. Our Commitment to Quality

Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC is a veteran-owned firearms manufacturer based in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Every build we produce is assembled using personally tested, carry-ready components and inspected before shipment. We stand behind the quality of our assembly work and are committed to ensuring every customer receives a reliable, mission-ready system.

2. Charlie Mike Defense Co. Assembly Warranty

Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC warrants the quality of assembly on all custom firearm builds against defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers: defects in the assembly or fitting of components, improper installation of any component performed by Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC, and any assembly-related issue that affects the safe and reliable operation of the firearm as built.

This warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper handling, storage, or maintenance, damage caused by use of non-standard or reloaded ammunition, modifications made by the customer or any third party after delivery, cosmetic damage that does not affect function, or damage resulting from neglect or abuse.

3. Component Manufacturer Warranties

All individual components used in Charlie Mike Defense Co. builds are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Customers should contact the component manufacturer directly for warranty claims related to individual parts.

Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC is not responsible for warranty claims related to individual component performance and cannot process warranty replacements on behalf of third-party manufacturers.

4. Shipping Damage

All firearms shipped by Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC are insured and packed to industry standards. If your firearm arrives damaged due to shipping:

• Document the damage immediately with photos.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@charliemikedefense.com.
• Retain all original packaging.

Shipping damage claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for coverage.

5. Return Policy

Due to the nature of firearm transfers and federal law requirements, all sales are considered final once the firearm has been transferred through a licensed FFL dealer and the ATF Form 4473 has been completed. Returns will only be considered for verified assembly defects or shipping damage reported within 48 hours.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Contact orders@charliemikedefense.com with your order number to initiate a return.

6. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

• Email orders@charliemikedefense.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
• Include photographs or video clearly showing the defect.
• Our team will respond within 2 business days.
• If a return is required, we will provide an RMA number and shipping instructions.
• All warranty returns must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer designated by Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC in compliance with federal law.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed as an assembly warranty claim.

7. Limitation of Liability

Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC's liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective assembly work at our sole discretion. In no event shall Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary by state.
