SHIPPING POLICY

1. Free Shipping on All Builds

Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC offers free shipping on all CM COVERT, CM OPERATOR, and CM SENTINEL builds. Shipping costs are included in your build price — there are no surprise fees at checkout.

2. How Firearm Shipping Works

Federal law requires that all firearms be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer of your choice — we cannot ship directly to your home. Here is how it works: You select your preferred local FFL dealer during checkout. We ship your completed build directly to your chosen FFL dealer via USPS Registered Mail. Your FFL dealer will contact you when your firearm arrives. You visit your dealer, complete ATF Form 4473, pass the NICS background check, and pay your dealer's transfer fee directly. Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC does not collect or control FFL dealer transfer fees.

3. Shipping Carrier and Method

All firearms are shipped via USPS Registered Mail providing full insurance coverage, tracked delivery with signature required, and secure chain of custody. Estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

4. Packaging

Every build is packaged securely and discreetly. Packaging does not identify the contents as a firearm on the exterior in compliance with federal regulations. All builds are inspected and function tested prior to packaging.

5. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days of order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

6. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for the value of your build through USPS Registered Mail. In the event of loss or damage contact us immediately at orders@charliemikedefense.com. Do not accept a visibly damaged package without documenting the damage with photographs first. For damage claims refer to our Warranty & Returns Policy.

7. FFL Dealer Requirements

Your chosen FFL dealer must hold a valid current FFL license, be willing to accept outside transfers, and have confirmed their transfer fee prior to ordering. Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by your chosen FFL dealer.

8. Cancellations and Address Changes

To change your FFL dealer or cancel your order contact orders@charliemikedefense.com as soon as possible. Once a firearm has been shipped we cannot redirect the shipment.
