You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun through Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC.
All firearm transfers are subject to a federal background check conducted by your FFL dealer at the time of transfer. Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC cannot complete a sale to any individual who fails a background check. In the event of a failed background check a full refund will be issued minus any FFL transfer fees paid to the dealer.
All firearms are shipped to a licensed FFL dealer of your choice. You are responsible for completing all transfer paperwork and paying any FFL transfer fees directly to the dealer. Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by FFL dealers or background check processing times.
Certain firearm configurations may be restricted or prohibited in some states. It is your responsibility to verify that your purchase complies with all applicable state and local laws before placing an order.
Charlie Mike Defense Co. LLC will not knowingly sell to any person prohibited from possessing firearms under federal or state law including convicted felons, persons subject to domestic violence restraining orders, or any other prohibited class defined under 18 U.S.C. § 922.
All firearms are shipped via a federally compliant carrier to your designated FFL dealer. A signature is required upon delivery to the FFL dealer.
Due to the nature of firearm sales and federal regulations, all sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to you by your FFL dealer. If a transfer cannot be completed a full refund will be issued.
