When you buy a firearm from a standard retailer you get a factory configuration. When you buy a Charlie Mike build you get a complete system — a firearm that has been professionally upgraded with a red dot optic, weapon light, trigger, and controls, then function tested and zeroed before it ships. You don't need to source parts, figure out compatibility, or pay a gunsmith separately. It arrives ready to carry.

Yes. Every Charlie Mike build starts with a brand new firearm from a licensed distributor. All components are new and professionally installed.
Federal law requires that all firearms purchased online be transferred through a licensed FFL dealer in your state. When you purchase a Charlie Mike build you will provide your preferred FFL dealer's information at checkout. We ship directly to that dealer and they complete the transfer paperwork with you in person.
Our checkout process includes an FFL dealer lookup tool that searches licensed dealers near you by zip code. You can also contact your local gun store and ask if they accept transfers.
FFL dealers typically charge a transfer fee ranging from $20 to $50. This fee is paid directly to your FFL dealer and is not included in the price of your build.
You will need a valid government issued photo ID. Your FFL dealer will walk you through the required ATF Form 4473 and conduct a background check before releasing your firearm.
Full payment is collected at checkout when you place your order.
If your FFL transfer cannot be completed for any reason we will issue a full refund. Refund requests for other reasons are handled on a case by case basis. Contact us through the messaging system to discuss your situation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system.
Current build time is 5 to 10 business days. You will receive email updates at every stage of the process from build start through delivery to your FFL dealer.
We ship to most states. Some states have restrictions on certain firearm configurations or features. If your order cannot be completed due to state restrictions we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Yes. When your build ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Your tracking information will also be visible in your account dashboard.
Yes. An account is required to complete a purchase so we can keep you updated on your order status and maintain your FFL dealer information securely.
Yes. We use industry standard encryption for all transactions. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
